Curated Bespoke was founded by James, a professional film director and editor based in East Herts.

James has worked in the production industry for almost two decades, across a huge range of projects including documentaries, music videos, TV and branded content. 

However, it was his most challenging project yet - fatherhood - which encouraged him to build

Curated Bespoke. 

In a quest to think of something profound and lasting for his son as he approached his first birthday, James hit upon the idea of utilising his professional skills to create him a film. 

So he and his wife scoured their phones, discovering that they had taken thousands of pictures and videos of him since he had been born. 

'This', James thought as he scanned this sea of content, 'is the story of my son'.

And so, a tradition was formed.

Now, each year on their birthdays, James' two children receive a fully scripted & narrated film about the chapter of their lives that has just passed. A wonderful record of them at that age, exploring the things they have learnt and the people they have become.

Something he plans to do for them until they are both 18.

James started Curated Bespoke to enable other people to unlock the potential of the content that sits, underused on their devices. 

There are an infinite number of stories out their, just waiting to be told.
